Maintenance method: remove the cleaning and grinding or replacement of seals; check whether the cylinder pipe is loose and tighten.

Possible causes: temperature control meter or control actuator failure, control line break, electric fuse break or wiring break.

Repair method: remove the temperature control instrument core, using the exchange method of comparison, the damaged table replacement; check and repair the line.

Possible causes: Steam source not at operating pressure, heating plate condensate not effectively drained, trap damaged or clogged.

Repair method: Check steam source pressure; drain water separately and check for water storage; clean or replace trap.

Inspection method: check whether the pair of adjustable RTD is damaged; individually check whether the abnormal temperature area is blocked.
